REFUND // EXCHANGE


DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER / RECEIVED DAMAGED:

+Please contact us at info@purxury.com to report your case, we can send a replacement with no problem.

Please note:

If the product was damaged in transit we will required documentation so please be prepared to e-mail pictures
We do not offer replacements for incorrect address or shipments shown as delivered in tracking update.


I DON’T LIKE MY PRODUCT:

+We understand that sometimes a product may fall short of expectations. If you are unhappy and would like an exchange for store credit please contact us at info@purxury.com within 15 days from the date of purchase.
We will offer store credit for the cost of the product (without the cost of shipping)

Please note:

To be eligible for exchange product must be unused and in it original packaging.
The product must be returned “well packed” in a box. In addition you must Include receipt / note with order number, name and reason for return.
Exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days from purchase. No exceptions.

GENERAL SHIPPING & TURNAROUND TIME:

U.S ORDERS:
-Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
-Orders are shipped through USPS standard, you will receive a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

-Your order may incur duties and taxes charges based on the country destination. These duties and taxes are responsibility of the buyer.
